Burnout
Every one of us will feel stressed out at some point in our lives. Anxiety is an extremely common human emotion and completely normal. Some are able to process and deal with such pressures healthily. But for many, the build up of those stresses becomes too much for them. It may be a combination of worries about work, relationship, family, financial, legal or health issues. Without the right attention and expertise, this overloading can lead to burnout. Problems feel insurmountable and it is as if there is no escape. If this sounds like you then, rest assured, you are not alone. The right path to recovery and wellbeing can be personally designed for you. You can be healed, with life becoming normal once more for you and your loved ones.

What Is Burnout?
Burnout is a state of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion arising from excessive and prolonged stress - and it is more common than you might think.
A recent study by the World Health Organization estimated that 264 million people globally were living with anxiety disorders. Many develop burnout in working environments but it can arise domestically too. Work burnout often manifests itself in a sense of reduced productivity and loss of personal identity.
Burnout can feel intolerable, energy-sapping, fuelling anger and resentment. Unchecked, it can also lead to physical problems such as recurrent sickness, heart palpitations and chest pains, plus it may also trigger a reliance on alcohol and other substances.
